I couldn't recommend Company123 highly enough! Registered a trust with corporate trustee and the confirmations and registrations came through so quickly I was amazed. They made everything so easy! Everything just ready to sign! When it came to transferring our existing business name Boris was amazing. Gave dedicated phone communications and pumped the transfer through the same day! I have started up 5 companies in total. I have registered 1 myself, 1 through an accountant and the other 3 I used online company registration services like company123. What can I say? Company123 was fast and VERY easy to use. Some of the other services were just as easy, but at much higher costs. Makes you wonder if company123 can do it for $37, why are the others charging so much more (and not providing anything extra either).Very good value, very efficient and very easy to use. I need to set up another unit trust and my SMSF shortly ... will definitely be using company123!

I have used company123 to start up my two Pty Ltd companies, the process was easy to understand and it I was able to create the company in less than 15 minutes. The fees they charge is very reasonable and was the lowest at the time I made the comparison.They send you all the legal documents like the constitution , share certificates . . . etcI already recommended them to couple of my friends.
